Linuxcaffe.ca

In a frenzied moment of inspiration and creative gusto, in late December of 2006, David J. Patrick, reputed owner and operator of the Toronto renowned Linuxcaffe approached William Roboly to help refit the Drupal-friendly website.

Our first foray into the design and development was the migration of the source code from 4.5 to 4.7 of the Drupal framework. Once completed, and with intense scrutiny, the theme or skin of the new Linuxcaffe was embarked upon. Many revisions and several months of back and forth inspiration lead to a final rendition of the site which, though satisfying, had initial issues related to cross-browser complications.

Back to the drawing board.

It was to be late April 2007 when a new and much flaunted design for the site bubbled its way to the surface. Between the efforts of Jamon Camisso and William Roboly, once again revisiting the design, a compromise was reached and work started in earnest. With a themer and a designer working the magic, Linuxcaffe underwent another face-lift.

The current site is a showcase of our talents.
